When it comes to Canadian immigration, only certain people can charge a fee or receive payment to represent or advise you on your case. These authorized representatives include:
Lawyers and paralegals who are members of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society
Notaries who are members of the Chambre des notaires du Quebec
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) who are in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
If you use an unauthorized representative, whether in Canada or abroad, IRCC may return and refuse your application. Avoid unlicensed immigration practitioners. To verify if your immigration practitioner is licensed, visit IRCC's website. Learn how to choose an immigration or citizenship representative and protect yourself from fraud by following this link.
In line with Canadian laws, we are committed to providing ethical and straightforward immigration services to guide you through the application process. We (or any other immigration practitioner) cannot guarantee success, as the final decision is made by an immigration officer.
However, we guarantee honest, diligent, and professional services to help you put together a complete and persuasive application. Your success is what matters most to us.

OTHER SERVICES & FEES
In addition to initial (all-purpose) consultations and Authorized Representation, we offer 3 specialized services to support your specific needs, which include։
Written Document Package Review
If you have prepared your application, and it is ready for submission to IRCC, you can upload the complete package to our secure cloud folder. We will thoroughly review your submission and provide a detailed written report identifying any necessary corrections, offering clear recommendations for improvement, and highlighting key areas that should be strengthened to increase the chances of approval. This service is ideal for those who want a comprehensive professional review without the need to schedule a live meeting.
Document Drafting
If you need help responding to a specific request from IRCC, such as a procedural fairness letter, or require assistance with other immigration-related documents, we can draft these critical documents for you. Our approach ensures you have professional support for your documentation when it matters most.
ATIP Requests
Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) request with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) can provide valuable details on your immigration, citizenship, or passport records. While only Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or individuals currently in Canada can submit these requests, those outside of Canada without a contact here may benefit from hiring a licensed immigration practitioner to submit the request on their behalf. ATIP requests are particularly helpful if, for example, your application was refused, and you want detailed reasoning from the officer’s notes, or if there are delays in processing, and you need insight into the application’s progress.
The above services do not include:
Authorized representation on applications
Application package submission to IRCC or any third party on your behalf
Consultations beyond the scope of the outlined services, including email communication
